Xi3 Corporation is happy to announce the recent expansion into the fast-growing country of Brazil. Xi3 Brasil is led by a world-class team of highly connected nationally and internationally respected leaders.

Meet the team:

Mauro Rocha de Barros, President
After nine months of providing consulting services to Xi3 Corporation in the United States, Barros was selected as the President of Xi3 Brasil. Previously, he was a District Manager for Pinnacle Security, one of the largest residential security and home automation companies in the U.S.). While in the U.S. for 3.5-years, Barros also attended LDS Business College in Salt Lake City, Utah. Previously, Barros ran a company selling landscaping solutions in his native Brazil while he completed coursework in Electrical Engineering at IESB in Brasilia, Brazil (the Institute for Superior Education of Brasilia).




Sam Freitas, Vice President of Sales
Freitas is an accomplished technology sales executive, with more than $200 million in systems sales during his career. Before joining Xi3 Brasil, Freitas was a Business Executive for Softtek (an IBM company); a Channel Manager at Microlog Information Technologies; and an Account Manager and Contracts Manager for Novadata Systems and Computers (each Brazilian companies). Freitas received a Law degree from the University of Minas Gerais and a Master's degree from the College of Public Administration (in Minas Gerais and the Brazilian Federal District, respectively).




Bruno Vizzotto, Vice President of Business Development
Before joining Xi3 Brasil, Vizzotto was President of Diex - Cursos Avancados S.A., an online educational company in Brazil. Previously he was Vice President with IELF, another Brazilian online educational company. Prior positions for Vizzotto include President of the Institute of Human Resources for GDF (the District of the Federal Government for Brazil); Chief Planning Officer for the GDF; and Assessor in the Minister of Planning department in Brazil. Vizzotto received bachelor's degrees in Engineering from I.M.T. and in Law from FMU (both in Sao Paulo, Brazil). Additionally, he received master's degrees in Solar and Alternative Energy at SOGESTA and Business Administration from IRI Group (both in Italy), and in Systems Analysis at FUNCEF and in Business Administration at Fundacao Getulio Vargas (both in Sao Paulo).
